CLAD -Asia features the READ-i, an innovative computerized assessment battery primarily used for pre-employment testing for a variety of purposes. The “READ-i” targets the testing and assessment needs of the human resource department to process work efficiently.

Verbal ability, numerical ability, aptitude, computer literacy, accounting skills, work behavior, personality markers, leadership inventory, management inventory, customer service survey.

Application Form

Application form is generated with the test battery.

Automated Timing and Selection

Option for the personnel to select the test that needs to be taken. The system has a built-in timer for each subtest.

Automated Scoring and Interpretation

The READ-i automatically scores and interprets after the personnel has completed all the items. A printable psychological profile is provided with a tabular presentation of scores and the interpretations are provided in a narrative form.

Customizable

The companies have an option to customize the images of the pages matching their corporate theme.

The Tests' Validity and Reliability

Adquate validity and reliability was established for each test in the battery. Cotent validity was established by matching the test items with international standards and competencies. Factorial validity and convergent valisity were also established statistically. The items in the tests' have high internal consistency and scores remained stable across time. Item Response Theory was used and the items matched appropriately with the ability of the sampled groups.
